Mera Aangan is a story of Maidah and her family. Situations bring all kinds of twists and turns that force her to take drastic measures. She is the only daughter of her parents and wants to support her family fully, her love for them is endless. However, her family expects something completely different from her, maybe something more than just financial help. One of her cousin wants to marry Maidah but she knows that she has to support her family and rejects his proposal. One thing leads to another and Maida finds herself caught in a web that is tangled.
